George W Boatright of 800 North Grant, Desloge, was born October 26, 1892 at Bonne Terre, a son of the late John Boatright and Mary Aubuchon Boatright died 22 June at Bonne Terre Hospital.
Surviving are: his wife, Olie Fleig Armbruster Boatright os Desloge; one daughter, Verneille (Mrs Gerald Corbin) of Caruthersville; one son, Jack Boatright of Wichita Falls. Texas; two half brothers, Jim Boatright of Farmington and Dick Boatright of Calif; three half sisters, Rose Bell of Bismarck, Bessie Brugemann of Florissant and Zoe Maurer of Rock Hill; two Grandchildren and four great gfrandchildren,
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Pearl Wilson in 1958. He was also preceded in death by a son, Jasper Boatright in 1945 during World War II.
Chapel Service will be Tuesday at 10 am with the Rev Wayne Kidwell officiating. Interment will be in Little Prairie Cemetery.
The body is in state at Murphy Sparks Chapel, West Main, Flat River.
