He was born Oct 17, 1907, in Houston County, son of William G and Ora Adams Brooks. He was retired from the maintenance department of the Cadillac Division of General Motors Corp.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Wallace Brooks; a son, Randall Brooks, New Boston MI, a daughter, Wanda Taylor, Cumberland Furnace; two brothers, Marshall Brooks, Bumpus Mills, and Orman Brooks, Riverview MI; five sisters, Donie Cathy, Earline Bledsoe and Mattie Turner, all of Erin, Billie Hillen, Riverview MI, and Bertha Buchanan, Plymouth MI; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Brooks, Neal Alsobrooks, Newton Wallace, Baxter Wallace, Teddy Wallace and Billy Stinson.

She was born Oct 27, 1909, in Tobacco Port, daughter of Ike Wallace and Annie Wyatt. She was the widow of Hubert Brooks. Ms Brooks was a retired teacher for Lincoln Park MI School System and a member of Madison Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Randall Wallace Brooks, New Boston MI; a daughter, Wanda Taylor, Cumberland Furnace; a sister, Geneva Stinson, Woodlawn; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Pallbearers will be Kenny Taylor, Danny Taylor, Richard Bryant, Newton Wallace, Baxter Wallace and Teddy Wallace.

The funeralservice will be at Anglin Funeral Home, with Pastor Adam Janes officiating. Burial will be in the Mt Zion Cemetery, Cunningham TN. Visitation will be at Anglin Funeral Home on Friday. Pamela entered into this life on September 2, 1954, at Selfridge Air Force Base to the late Jack and Wanda Brooks Taylor. She retired from Clarksville Montgomery County Public Library and volunteered at Montgomery Central Elementary School for over 30 years. She was a member of Marion United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her loving husband of 46 years, Richard Bryant; daughter, Jennifer (Jamie) Webb; sons, Jonathan (Alda) Bryant; Jarred (Shelby) Bryant; brothers, Kenny (Beverly) Taylor; Danny Taylor; and 5 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, bring children’s books (K-5) to be donated to Montgomery Central or Cumberland Heights Elementary School, or donate directly to the school.
