Peter "Pete" Adams Sr 74, of Noblesville died Saturday, July 10, 2004, at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. Mr Adams worked at TRW Noblesville Casting for 18 years before retiring in 1981. He was born Oct 23, 1929, in Yeaddiss, KY, the son of Frasier and Eliza (Wells) Adams. He was a US Army veteran. He was married to Lorraine Adams, who survives him. Mr Adams was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Noblesville and was a Life member of the American Legion in Noblesville. He also was a member of ABATE and 40/8. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Paul and Olga Adams of California, and Peter Adams Jr of Noblesville; three daughters and sons-in-law, Delphia and Mark Burchett of Cicero and Patricia and Dennis Griffin and Judy and Robert LeMasters, all of Noblesville; four brothers, Dewey Adams of Michigan, Hezikiah Adams Adams, Silas Adams and William Adams, all of Kentucky; two sisters, Ethel Farley and Jeanetti Lewis, both of Kentucky; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Adams. Calling will be at Randall and Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville. Services will follow, also at the funeral home. The Rev David Eldridge will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Noblesville.
