      Grady B Harrison, 70, Woodlawn, died Friday, July 23, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with the Rev Melvin Dunaway officiating. Burial will be in Smith-Austin Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parch-man Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
      He was born November 7, 1939 in Montgomery County. He was the son of the late Charlie and Cora Belle Shelby Harrison. He was a retired farmer and a machinist with Premium Wear. He was also a former member of the National Guard. Grady had a natural talent for sports trivia, colorful storytelling and gave a nickname to most family members and friends. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.
      He is survived by two sons; Steve (Amy) Harrison, Indian Mound; Cleve Harrison, Woodlawn, one daughter; Kim (Darris) Maiolo, Clarksville; two brothers, Gene Harrison, Clarksville; Howard Harrison, Clarksville; three sisters, Bonnie Levinar, Inverness, FL, Glenda Newman, Woodlawn, Eleanor Johnson, Woodlawn; five grandchildren; Jacob Maiolo, Garrett Maiolo, Trevor Harrison, Maycee Travis, Jesse Smith. He was preceded in death by his wife; Mary Elizabeth Morgan Harrison, one brother, Carl Harrison; one sister, Darlene Wortham. Pallbearers will be Jacob Maiolo, Garrett Maiolo, Larry Harrison, Michael Mulcahy, Allen Kennedy and Charles Brown.
