Brother of Latrobe, Pa., Councilman Meets Death Xear Connellnville. Latrobe, Pa., July 6. Charles Loughner, of Bradenville, aged 25 years, a brother of Councilman Aaron Loughner, of Latrobe, was run down and killed on the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad near Connelly ville last evening. The remains will be brought to Latrobe at noon today. His wife and two children survive.
