      dell Binkley Jr., age 90, of Hermitage, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022. Odell was born January 7, 1932 in Nashville, TN.
      He is survived by his daughter, Ann Smith (Jeff), two sons, Dell Binkley (Connie), and John Binkley (Leighsa), grandchildren, Sarah Foutch (David), Adrian Stubblefield (Jeremy), MaryBeth Smith, Callie Radley (Eric), Christopher Smith (Becky), John Mark Binkley, and Albert Binkley, Great-Grandchildren; Lillian, Levi, Savanah and Samantha Stubblefield, Kamryn and Hunter Radley, and Micah Foutch. Cousin Joyce Pardue, and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

      He was preceded in Death by his wife, Mary Evelyn Binkley, Parents; Odell Binkley Sr. and Bessie Binkley, Brothers; Pete Stanfield, and Gene Binkley, Sisters; Betty Fuston, Helen Carter, and Darlene Binkley.

      Odell was one of the best high school athletes in Nashville, and received the Hume Award. He served his country in the US Navy.

      He developed several businesses: Binkley Realty and Auction, Binkley Construction, Regg's Frosty Fresh Food, Mid-South Caretakers, Soil Products, C & D Landfill, C & D Recycling, Binkley's Barn, C & D Landfill Ministries, and furnished start up funds for an unknown amount of business.

      Visitation will be held 1:00pm to 3:00pm, and 4:00pm - 8:00pm, July 21 at Mount Olivet Funeral Home, 1101 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37210. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am Friday, July 22, and Visitation Friday from 10:00 until time of service at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Hermitage, TN,

      Interment will follow in Mount Oliver Cemetery. Pallbearers are: John Mark Binkley, Albert Binkley, Ronnie Shores, Rick McNeese, Jeremy Stubblefield, Eric Radley, Ken Gibbs, David Foutch, Micah Foutch, Terry Shores, Levi Stubblefield, and Hunter Radley. Honorary Pallbearers; The staff and residents of Charter Retirement Center, Emmanuel Lutheran Church Members, North High Alumni, and the members of Kalb Hollow.

      In lieu of flowers please consider donations in honor of Odell to Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Hermitage, or a charity of your choosing.
